QR Cabs provides reliable and affordable transportation services through our mobile app and website. Our services include cab services, auto rickshaw rides, bike taxi rides, and driver-for-hire services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their login details. Users are responsible for all activities under their account and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
All payments must be made through the payment methods provided in the app or website. By making a payment, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.
Cancellations must be made through the app. Please refer to our Refunds/Cancellations policy for details
QR Cabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India
QR Cabs does not offer a return policy for completed rides. However, if you experience any issues during your ride, such as driver behavior or vehicle problems, please report them to our customer support team through the app or website. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate resolution as per our terms and conditions.
Refunds/Cancellations Policy for QR Cabs (Quite Reliable Cab Technologies)
Cancellations can be made through the app up to 30 minutes before the scheduled ride time. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any charges.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the customer's bank account.
Service charges and booking fees are non-refundable.
